Therefore, we've developed a variety of methods to keep you informed.
Web Site
Where you are now is the exciting, dynamic central means of communication used by the LYG&TC staff and members to keep you informed of the happenings at The Landings. Your inquiries, suggestions, submissions and "doings" are all integral to making this site useful to you. It is updated each Monday with information that has been received by 8:00 AM.
Channel 95
This is a dedicated channel on TV maintained by the Administration Office, and broadcasts events, meetings, and items of interest to members. (Note: the channel number may be different for those of you who have cable boxes or who live in Ariel.) It is updated each Monday with information that has been received by 8:00 AM. Landings Life
Every Wednesday, staff will send an e-mail newsletter called Landings Life to everyone who has registered on this Web site and provided a valid e-mail address. Compiled by management, it will bring you the latest news and information on life at the Landings.
Green Book
The "Green Book" is published annually, and contains just about everything you would want to know about living and participating in the activities at The Landings. Information is provided to the administrative office by members, organizations and staff of The Landings, and updated annually during the summer. One copy of the Directory is provided free to each member number (except Helm Dinner Club members) every Fall. The current edition of the green book is available in the Administration Office.
Happy Landings (click here to view the newsletter)This newsletter is published monthly and mailed to all members, containing news of upcoming and past events, member profiles, and numerous items of interest, it is compiled and edited by Landings volunteers, and published by Seabreeze Communications Group. Articles and photos may be submitted generally by the 6th of each month (check Channel 95 for the exact deadline) to the Editors.

Bulletin Boards
Notices of special events, Board Meetings and the monthly community calendar are posted on bulletin boards in all villages and in each amenity. However, you must check the Web site or Channel 95 to learn of last minute changes.

-Items for Sale (your personal possessions; no commercial listing please)
-Landings property for Sale/Rent (any member may post a property that is NOT listed on MLS [Multiple Listing Service];
-Help Wanted (assistance you need; recommendations from neighbors; job postings for the LYG&TC or a village)
-Lost and Found (by members or staff)
-Personal Announcements (weddings, deaths, births, birthdays, thank you's only please)
-Services (as yet undefined, but nothing commercial)
