It is that time of the year when we get the chance to visit so many other beautiful courses at a drastically reduced rate. The reciprocal season begins May 1st and continues until October 31, 2010. As a Member of The Landings; these privileges come with some rules that you and your guest(s) must abide by.
The following are “Reciprocal Rules” that will insure your golf outing is a pleasant one. Please familiarize your-self with them so there are no misunderstandings.
All requests to play courses on the reciprocal list must go through our golf shop. Members may not call the courses directly. This must be done by the Head Professional or a authorized Staff Member. This is a rule that all courses are adhering to. If you attempt to contact a course directly, it may result in you losing a tee time and we as a participating course, may lose our reciprocal privileges.
Requests forms are located in the Golf Shop and may be filled out up to seven days in advance of your requested tee time. To prevent any mistakes, you should fill these forms out yourself. Please make sure you fill out the form completely. All members names must accompanied by their number.
We will always contact your first preference listed on the request form. Every effort will be made to get the tee time you requested. We will accept a tee time within one hour of your request. If that cannot be accomplished, then we will call your second request on the form and go through the same process. Please remember that we are guests of these clubs and cannot guarantee your tee time request.
Members may verify their request by calling the Landing Golf Shop after Ten am (10:00am) two days prior to your requested tee time. Please remember not to contact the requested golf course. This must be done through The Landing’s Golf Shop.
