Marina Overview
The Marina’s hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am until 5:30 pm.
We will continue to have the marina social hour every Friday on our patio
and invite all residents to come down and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold
beer with your fellow residents. The Ship’s Store also carries a wide variety
of snacks, from chips and crackers, to sandwiches and Jack Link
sausage and jerky. We also carry a full inventory of your favorite sodas,
wine, and beer.
The rental boat is a continued success with all of our residents. We are
already booking reservations for the coming season and encourage
everyone to experience the joy of our waterways. This boat is for the
exclusive use of the whole community. If you have never boated before,
we also have people that are willing to take you out as well. The cost for
a full day rental will remain at $250.00 and a half day rental for $175.00.
The boat can hold up to 10 people.
The Ship’s Store offers a full line of Columbia clothing and footwear for
all of the Landings residents. We became a Columbia dealer last year
and it has been a huge success. We offer the entire Columbia product
at the lowest possible price we are allowed to go, so you know you
are always getting the best deal and it is always at on sale pricing.
The marina offers full service to all of our vessels as well as boat
watch programs, bottom cleanings, boat washings, mechanical
repair, preventative maintenance programs, canvas work, bottom
painting, detailing, and electrical work. There is nothing that we
cannot help you with when it comes to your vessel. We are competitive
with labor rates and with parts pricing. Our service people are the
best in the business and we strive to make your boating experience
the best it can be.
We also have started washing and detailing
residents automobiles this year. Please call to
make an appointment or receive a quote for this
service. We can pick your car up, or you may drop
it off at the marina.
Capt. Craig has also started giving lessons to those
that want to learn how to maneuver their vessels and
to learn the rules of the road. This has been
especially popular with the spouses that want to
know how to operate their vessels in case
of an emergency, or just want to be able to run the
vessel on their own. Give us a call to learn more

The Wheelhouse is the Riverside gathering place at The
Landings Marina, the Wheelhouse is the home for beautiful
sunset gatherings and great food. It is also the home of the
"Ship's Store" with boating supplies, snacks, fuel and the helpful
staff of the marina to assist you.
