The Landings Marina

Our marina offers full service to all of our vessels including boat watch programs, bottom cleanings, boat washings, mechanical repair, preventative maintenance programs, canvas work, bottom painting, detailing, electronics, and rigging. There is really nothing you need that we cannot assist you with when it comes to the repair and maintenance of your vessel. We are very competitive with labor rates as well as parts pricing. Our service people are some of the best in the industry and we all strive to make your boating season the absolute best it can be.

The Marina’s hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The marina is a great place to gather on Friday’s starting at 5:00 for an informal social hour. We invite all residents to stop in to share a story, meet new friends, and enjoy the sunset. We offer ice cold draft beer, bottled beer, and a wide assortment of wine for you to enjoy with your fellow residents.

     

The Ship’s Store is both the beginning and the end to a great day on the water. The store carries a wide variety of products as well. From chip, cookies, crackers and jerky, to ice cream and Arizona Hot sauce products. We also carry a full inventory of sodas, bottled water, juices, wine and beer. And to top it off, we are a Columbia clothing dealer featuring the latest footwear and apparel that Columbia has to offer. Our clothing is always priced at the lowest we are allowed to go to insure that our residents are getting a great value.
